If you just did an outreach event, met with a group or individual about CRCMC, did a presentation, or attended a meeting, report those hours here! There are two ways to report your hours. 1) As they happen: use the online form on this page OR... 2) Monthly: you can keep a running tally of the hours you have spent on the "Individual Volunteer Hours Reporting Form" available for download as a PDF (print and fill out by hand) or Excel file (fill out electronically and e-mail it to carolyn@crcmc.org).
